Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Unleashed Cuts LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Unleashed Cuts LLC provides lawn care, landscaping, and related outdoor maintenance services in Clay County, FL, and parts of St. Johns County, FL. Services include but are not limited to lawn mowing, edging, fertilization, weed control, mulching, hedge trimming, sod installation, and seasonal cleanups.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Services are scheduled by mutual agreement. We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. Weather-related delays will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

5. Limitations of Liability

Unleashed Cuts LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. No Guarantee of Specific Outcomes

While we strive to deliver the highest quality work, results may vary based on factors beyond our control including weather conditions, soil quality, existing plant health, and other environmental factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or property at our sole discretion, including but not limited to situations involving unsafe working conditions, hostile environments, or repeated non-payment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to mediation in Clay County, Florida, before pursuing any legal action.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design elements, is the property of Unleashed Cuts LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

11. User Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, ensuring clear access to the work area, securing pets during service visits, and notifying us of any hazards on the property. Failure to do so may affect service delivery and liability.
