Refund & Cancellation Policy

When Refunds Apply

If Unleashed Cuts LLC fails to complete a scheduled service without prior notice, or if the quality of work is substantially below the agreed-upon scope, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion. Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of service completion.

When Refunds Do Not Apply

Refunds are not available for services that have been fully completed as agreed, for dissatisfaction with natural outcomes beyond our control (e.g., weather damage after service), or for cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice.

Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. You may reschedule a service with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional charge. Repeated last-minute rescheduling may result in a rescheduling fee.

Weather & Emergency Exceptions

Services affected by inclement weather, natural disasters, or other emergencies will be rescheduled at no cost. Neither party shall be liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control.
